An AI powered virtual assistant delivering personal health data records that benefits patients and healthcare professionals: AIDAVA Project Launches Animated Video
Integrated, high-quality personal health data (PHD) represents a potential wealth of knowledge for healthcare systems, but there is no reliable conduit for this data to become interoperable, AI-ready and reuse-ready at scale across institutions at the national and EU levels.
Learn about the innovative AIDAVA approach to democratise participation in data curation & publishing by citizens/patients leading to overall savings in health care costs (through disease prevention, early diagnosis, personalized medicine) and supporting delivery of the European Health Data Space.
The clip is available on the AIDAVA project website and on YouTube.
About AIDAVA
AIDAVA is a four-year project mainly funded by the Horizon Europe programme coordinated by the Universiteit Maastricht.
EHN involvement in AIDAVA
EHN’s primary role in AIDAVA is to place cardiovascular patients’ needs at the centre of the development of the tool from design to development and implementation. The aim is to facilitate patient access to and empower patients to manage their own health records. EHN coordinates all cardiovascular patient engagement activities throughout the course of the four years, including the participation of four patient consultants.
