On the occasion of the 62nd session of the WHO Regional Committee for Europe the European Heart Network (EHN) made an oral and a written statement welcoming the European policy framework for health and well-being (‘Health 2020’) proposed by the WHO Regional Office for Europe.
In its statement, EHN recognises the impressive description and analysis of the health burden in Europe and supports Health 2020’s goals, vision, strategic objectives and priorities.
