This call builds on earlier actions by the Alliance, including a formal complaint to the European Commission and the European Ombudswoman regarding the absence of operating grants in 2025, as well as the publication of a blueprint for a new MFF capable of addressing Europe’s most urgent health priorities.
Sustained investment in health and civil society is indispensable to safeguarding Europe’s resilience, social cohesion, competitiveness and future. To ensure that EU health policymaking remains a democratic and inclusive process, civil society organisations must be adequately supported to participate effectively and meaningfully.
