The world faces vast challenges. One challenge is the high and rising prevalence of chronic (non-communicable) diseases. Of these, cardiovascular disease is by far the biggest challenge, posing the greatest burden on people and societies.
If you are a policy maker working at the European Commission, European Parliament or in Permanent Representations of EU Member States, we would be very grateful if you could fill in our questionnaire and help us assess EU policy makers’ knowledge of CVD burden and its origins. This means a lot to the millions of people who live with heart disease as well as stroke survivors.
