The European Heart Network (EHN) is pleased to present its Annual Report 2025, highlighting a year of important progress in advancing cardiovascular health across Europe.
2025 marked a major milestone for cardiovascular health policy, with the adoption of the EU Safe Hearts Plan in December. Throughout the year, EHN worked alongside its members and partners to advocate for stronger prevention policies, amplify the voices of patients and support research and collaboration across Europe.
