Save the date! FILTERED Capacity Building On Pro Health Taxes

The Smoke Free Partnership (SFP) will be organising a 2.5-day capacity building event on pro-health taxes. This event aims to equip civil society representatives, decision-makers, journalists, and other relevant stakeholders with the knowledge and tools necessary to advocate for pro-health taxes (on alcohol, tobacco, and unhealthy food and drinks), which are among the most cost-effective policy measures for addressing NCDs at the population level.

This capacity building initiative is part of the FILTERED project and is organized by the Smoke Free Partnership (SFP) in close collaboration with the Filtered Consortium Partners: European Heart Network, European Alcohol Policy AllianceYouth Health OrganisationUkrainian Coalition for Reproductive Health and Family PlanningCenter Life

Eligibility

Due to limited capacity, only a select number of participants will be accepted based on the application. A limited number of travel and accommodation grants are available for participants from EU Member States, Iceland, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, and Ukraine.
