Croatian Heart House Foundation

The Foundation was established with the aim of supporting the treatment of individuals with cardiovascular diseases, promoting cardiovascular health prevention and the advancement of cardiology, informing and educating the public about the preventability of cardiovascular diseases and the importance of their active role in prevention, early detection, elimination, and treatment of risk factors; to ensure the ongoing development of cardiology science and practice in the City of Zagreb and the Republic of Croatia, and to support the education and coordination of doctors, nurses, and other professionals, as well as legal entities directly or indirectly involved in cardiovascular medicine.
