The aim of the pilot project has been to regulate and improve the nutritional quality of food and beverages served in vending machines, cafeterias and school canteens.
Launched in 2016 and completed in April 2019, the HeartMan project’s main goal was to help patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) better manage their disease.
Led by the Italian Society for Cardiovascular Prevention and the Slovenian Heart Foundation, this project aimed to encouraging and spreading a healthier lifestyle amongst Italian and Slovenian high school students.
