The statement highlights the critical role of operating grants in enabling CSOs to engage in EU policy processes and implement key health initiatives. It calls on the European Commission to publish the work programme without delay, ensure retroactive funding from January 2025, and provide additional support for organisations not covered by the framework agreements.
