At the BHF, our vision is a world free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases. As the largest independent funder of research into heart and circulatory diseases in the UK, we raise money for innovative, lifesaving research to help protect and save hearts, so we can give people more time with the ones they love. Since we were founded, our research has helped to reduce annual deaths from heart and circulatory diseases by half. We also work with patients and the public for better health and care, providing support and guidance, and advocating for and with people affected by heart and circulatory diseases.
