ALT Onlus is a free, independent, non-profit association founded in 1987 and headquartered in Milan. It operates on the Italian territory to prevent cardiovascular diseases and thrombosis and support scientific interdisciplinary research. ALT collaborates with European countries to improve the impact of knowledge on citizens’ health, so that one day no one will be able to say “I did not know”. Since 1995, ALT represents Italy in EHN.
